Dionne Winston had a vision of B.U.S.T. – Building Up Sisters Today LLC. She has experience with working together with women and truly encouraging then and bringing to the fore front who they really are in order to help them flourish into who they are meant to be. Her background in mentoring, coming up with a strategy for various situations, and her love for people gave her this vision for providing a space and platform where women can come together and be their true authentic selves. Dionne understands that women wear many hats and that we all, at some time or another, have struggled with work-life balancing act and sometimes we just need a space to go where we can let our hair down, take our shoes off, loosen up and relax with like-minded women. 
Her hunger for knowledge and determination to provide a safe space, a comfortable space has contributed to her most recent success as a Special Education teacher and the creating of B.U.S.T. Group. When she puts her mind to something, she gives it her all and she does what is needed in order for it to be successful. In addition to her creating B.U.S.T, she also has her own mobile notary business called Anytime Mobile Notary, LLC. As a mobile notary she works with various mortgage and title insurance companies as their notary signing agent and performs in-home closings/refinancing. She also performs simple notary acts for paperwork and forms for individuals. As a mobile notary Dionne meets lots of new people and engage in many different conversations and environments that give her the well-rounded personality, she feels is her biggest asset. 
Dionne knows that in an effort to get a grip on the work-life balance she has to incorporate certain things in her life that bring her happiness and comfort. Things that she loves to do are read, visit museums, listen to live music, go shopping (who doesn’t love retail therapy), go for a run, and hang out with her family and girlfriends. Dionne lives in the Chesterfield, Virginia area, where she is currently a Special Education teacher. She enjoys a challenge and is always interested in coming up with new adventures and opportunities to unite women together.
